چکیده

The major factors associated with the manufactured structures and photon emission intensity distribution must be accurately identified for complicated optical design parameters micro-LED pixels. This study presents methodologies reveals sequential calculating protocol in each layer pixel-level simulations, based on which boundary condition errors common simulations can corrected. Moreover, effect epitaxial of is revealed, rationality setting finite-radius receiver a pseudo-extended substrate material also explained respect to intrinsic extrinsic pixel-intensity properties. Finally, experiments DOE L 18 orthogonal array table demonstrated by Taguchi method explore principal parameter layers. results indicate that sapphire thickness, P-GaN layer, buffer layers, an additional plate are four significant primarily influence luminous power corresponding uniformity exit pupil micro-LEDs. Based uniformity, signal-to-noise ratio thickness 16.9, extended 9.8, ∼10 times > interaction parameter, such as etching angle reflective index pixel. These specific optimization cost control performance improvement.

Pixel selection by successive projections algorithm method in multivariate image analysis for a QSAR study of antimicrobial activity for cephalosporins and design new cephalosporins

Thirty-one Cephalosporin compounds were modeled using the multivariate image analysis and applied to the quantitative structure activity relationship (MIA-QSAR) approach. The acid dissociation constants (pKa) of cephalosporins play a fundamental role in the mechanism of activity of cephalosporins. The antimicrobial activity of cephalosporins was related to their first pKa by different models. B...

Analysis of the Frequency Effects on Design and Back-Iron Characteristics of Double-Layer Secondary Single-Sided Linear Induction Motors

Input frequency is one of the important variables in design and performance analysis of single-sided linear induction motors (SLIMs). Changing the frequency changes both the dimension of the SLIM in design process and the performance of the designed motor. The frequency influences the induced eddy currents in the secondary sheet as well as saturation level of the secondary back-iron. In this pa...

Single-layer Cuts for Multi-layer Network Design Problems

We study a planning problem arising in SDH/WDM multi-layer telecommunication network design. The goal is to find a minimum cost installation of link and node hardware of both network layers such that traffic demands can be realized via grooming and a survivable routing. We present a mixed-integer programming formulation that takes many practical side constraints into account, including node har...
